PULSO

Terms of service

Last updated 22 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and PULSO when you use the app, on the web or on your phone. We've kept them short and plain. Please read them with our privacy policy, which says what we do with your data.

Who we are

PULSO is run by Erik Pastor Ríos, a self-employed developer in Spain, tax ID (NIF) 46458395M, Calle Pareto, 49, 08902 L'Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona), España. To reach us, write to privacy@pulsocoach.com.

What PULSO is, and what it isn't

PULSO's coaches are AI. They plan your training, recovery, food and habits from what you tell them and from the apps you connect. They can be wrong, so use your judgement.

PULSO is not medical advice. The coaches are not doctors, physiotherapists or dietitians, and they don't diagnose or treat anything. If you have pain, an injury, an illness, are pregnant or take medication, check with a health professional before you train, and stop and get help if something feels wrong.

Exercise carries a risk of injury. You decide what you do, and you train within your own limits.

Your account

Free weeks and the subscription

Everything is free for two weeks from your first weekly plan. We don't ask for a card, and nothing is charged when they end.

After the free weeks, PULSO stays readable without a subscription, but the coaches stop answering and no plans are sent to your apps. The subscription brings them back: €29.99 a month or €299 a year, VAT included.

Payments are sold through Link, Stripe's checkout, which acts as the seller (merchant of record). Your card statement shows LINK.COM* PULSO, and Link's consumer terms apply to the payment.

The subscription renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in You › Settings or in your Link account. It then runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and you aren't charged again.

If you live in the EU, you can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason. Because the coaches start working as soon as you subscribe, at your request, you pay only for the days before you withdraw. To withdraw, write to us or to Link within those 14 days; the rest is refunded within 14 days, to the card you paid with.

After those 14 days, we don't refund part of a period, except where your country's consumer law says otherwise. To ask for a refund, write to us or to Link.

If our prices change, your subscription keeps the price you signed up at. If that ever has to change, we tell you at least 30 days before, and you can cancel before it applies.

Using PULSO fairly

Don't use PULSO to break the law, to harm others or the service, to get into other people's accounts, or to copy it with bots or scrapers.

Your data and what you upload

What you tell your coaches and upload stays yours. You let us use it to coach you and to run and improve PULSO, as the privacy policy describes. You can delete it all at any time in You › Settings.

Connected apps

When you connect Garmin, WHOOP, Oura or another app, its own terms apply to it too. If one of them changes or stops its access, part of PULSO may stop working with it.

Changes to PULSO and to these terms

PULSO is young and changes often. We may add, change or remove features, and we work to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you in the app before it applies. If you don't agree, you can cancel and delete your account.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses or for what happens when you follow a coach's suggestion against your own judgement or a professional's advice. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer, or our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

Ending

You can stop using PULSO and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we tell you why.

Law

These terms follow Spanish law. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of your own country's consumer law and can go to your local courts.
