Meet Carlos, your AI head coach.
You track more than you can read: a watch, a gym log, lab tests. Carlos reads all of it, asks how you feel, and plans your week around your life. Then he puts it in the apps you already train with.
Free for two weeks. No card needed.
Every app knows a piece of you. None of them talk.
Your watch knows your sleep, your gym log your squat, your lab test your VO2max.
Carlos reads all of them.
Every fact your data already holds is a question he doesn’t have to ask you.
One conversation. Your week, done.
Tell him what you’re training for.
Your sports, your usual days, the race on the calendar. Type it the way you’d say it.
He answers with what he already knows.
Carlos reads your history first, so he only asks what your data can’t answer.
He writes the week around your life.
Training, recovery, food and health markers together, around your job and your fixed sessions.
Nothing moves until you say yes.
Every session says why it’s there. Ask about any of them, or tap Looks good.
Then it lands in the apps you train with.
Strength goes to Hevy, runs to your Garmin and every session to your calendar.
I lift twice a week, run three times, and I've got a trail 21K on the 18th.
Your watch has a number. Carlos asks you.
Every morning starts with one question. Sleep and HRV add context, but when the data and your feeling disagree, your feeling decides the session, and Carlos asks about the difference. Try it.
The rest of the week happens in the same chat
After a run, when a report arrives, when something hurts. Swipe through what Carlos does between plans.
When you need more than Carlos, he brings in the team
Your first week is just you and Carlos. From week 2 he adds specialists to your team one at a time, when you’d gain from talking to them yourself: Marta for your runs, Raúl for strength. Tomás, the physio, joins the moment something hurts. Every recommendation shows where it came from.

Where the ideas come from
The coaches follow published coaching and sports science, and every recommendation in the app shows its source. A few of them:
- How you feel leads; device data adds context.Manu Sola Arjona, The Nature of Training
- HRV is read as a weekly trend against your own baseline, not day by day.Plews et al., Sports Medicine (2013)
- Runners lift twice a week: it makes every stride cheaper.Blagrove et al., Sports Medicine (2018)

Before you start
What is PULSO?
An AI coaching app. Carlos, your AI head coach, reads your training data, asks how you feel every morning and plans your week: training, recovery, sleep, nutrition and the tests worth doing. Specialist coaches join when you need them.
Who is it for?
People who train around a job: runners, trail runners, cyclists, triathletes, gym-goers and hybrid athletes, with or without a race on the calendar. If you wear a watch or log your workouts, Carlos starts from that data.
Is Carlos a real person?
No. Carlos and his team are AI coaches. They follow one coaching approach, show where every recommendation comes from, and send you to a professional for anything medical.
Do I need an account to start?
No. You start talking to Carlos straight away, and he asks you to sign in before he builds your first week.
What does it cost?
Your first two weeks are free, with no card. After that Carlos stays free and keeps planning your week in PULSO. The subscription, €19.99 a month or €199 a year, adds the specialist coaches and sends your week to your apps.
Your first week, planned before you close this tab.
He asks about your goal, your usual training days and the apps you use. You see every session before it goes anywhere.
