One team, one picture of you
Every brief goes to Carlos
When they disagree, Carlos decides
Nobody asks you twice
- Left knee: easy on downhills
- No gym on Mondays
- Gels without caffeine
- Race day: 1 December
Questions about it
Are the coaches real people?
No. They're AI coaches. They show where every recommendation comes from and send you to a professional for anything medical.
Can I choose who joins?
Carlos asks before adding anyone, and you can say not now. Only Tomás, or the doctor, joins without asking, when something hurts.
Do the coaches talk to each other?
Yes. Each one reads what you told the others, so nobody asks twice, and Carlos makes the call when they disagree.
Is the team included?
In your two free weeks, yes. After that Carlos and the whole team come with the subscription.
