Questions about it

Does a worse number mean something's wrong?

No. It's information: Carlos says what it means, and it's never shown as an alarm.

Who decides what's on my page?

Carlos picks the tabs and charts from what you track and train for. Every number is drawn from your data.

When does a sport get its own tab?

Once you've done four sessions of it in 30 days.

What if two devices track the same thing?

Each number comes from one device, so scales never mix. Its page shows each device on its own.

Can I add lab results?

Yes. Upload the report and its numbers sit beside your watch's, with what each one means.

Do I need a watch?

No. Your check-ins and the sessions you log fill Training and Recovery on their own.
