Questions about it

What if I don't have a race?

Carlos plans an open season around a goal you choose, like a faster 10K or a stronger squat, and you pick a test day together.

What if the race date changes?

Tell Carlos. He proposes the season again and you approve it on the same card.

Can I have more than one goal race?

Yes. Each goal gets its own season. One that comes 8 weeks or more after the last goes from Recovery straight to Build.

What's the difference between Goal, Tune-up and For fun?

A Goal gets the taper and a recovery after. A Tune-up gets 2–3 easy days before and one after. A race for fun takes the place of that week's hardest session.

Can I change a race's level?

Yes, from its badge. Carlos reworks the phases and the weeks around it.

Do races in your watch's calendar come in on their own?

Yes. Your main race comes in as a Goal, the secondary ones as Tune-ups, and the rest as For fun. Events in your other calendar are asked about first.

What happens if I get hurt mid-season?

Tomás plans the way back in steps, and Carlos reshapes the season around it.

What happens after the race?

Recovery starts, you review the race together the morning after, and what you learn carries into the next season.

What happens to past seasons?

They stay on your Seasons tab with each race's result, and what you learned carries into the next one.
