Carlos plans your lifts and your runs as one week.
Lifting and running, or a Hyrox on the calendar: heavy legs never land the day before your intervals, and every lift uses the kit where you actually train.
Three lifts, three runs, no clashes.
Lifting on the top lane, running on the bottom. Scroll through the days and watch how they're spaced.

Every app knows a piece of you. None of them share with the others.
Your watch knows your sleep, your gym log your squat, your lab test your VO2max.
Carlos reads all of them.
What your data already shows, he doesn’t need to ask you.
When you need more than Carlos, he brings in the team
Your first week is just you and Carlos. From week 2 he adds specialists to your team one at a time, when you’d gain from talking to them yourself: Marta for your runs, Raúl for strength. Tomás, the physio, joins the moment something hurts. Every recommendation shows where it came from.

What is PULSO?
An AI coaching app. Carlos, your AI head coach, reads your training data, asks how you feel every morning and plans your week: training, recovery, sleep, nutrition and the tests worth doing. Specialist coaches join when you need them.
Who is it for?
People who train around a job: runners, trail runners, cyclists, triathletes, gym-goers and hybrid athletes, with or without a race on the calendar, anyone coming back from an injury, and people who have never trained before. If you wear a watch or log your workouts, Carlos starts from that data. If you don’t, he asks how you feel and finds your level with a test or two in your first week.
Is Carlos a real person?
No. Carlos and his team are AI coaches. They follow one coaching approach, show where every recommendation comes from, and send you to a professional for anything medical.
What does it cost?
Your first two weeks are free, with no card, and include the whole team. After that PULSO is €29.99 a month or €299 a year for Carlos, the specialist coaches and your week sent to your apps. Without a subscription, everything you did stays readable.
